Yay for being one week into the PCP. The only difficulty i experienced was changing my routine from a drink anything, eat anything slob to a more disciplined individual.
I guess this is a good foundation for starting the next week.
I have read about our diet from hereonin - and I look forward to making up some new recipes that combine these ingredients into something that is somewhat tasty.
Anyone care to share any good recipes with me ? I'm thinking of making a pasta something or other over the weekend. I will write back here to let u know how it goes :)
Good idea! Someone else - I think Michael in the other group - also had a recipe request. I wonder if there's a place we can stock recipes as a group?
ReplyDeleteI have a Mexican dish. A teaspoon of olive oil, then garlic, onions and grated Ginger, then add as many colourful veggies as you like and boiled shrimp. Cumin powder to season. Put into a wholewheat wrap. So tasty! And never needs salt.
