Day 11 - Time Management

The workouts have been going fine - as have the dieting.

What I'm finding now is I am spending a LOT of time in between the supermarket and the kitchen. This doesn't leave me much time for anything else.

I think I am going to start mass producing my food - in other words, instead of cooking for individual meals, I will start cooking double maybe triple what I need and refrigerating it for later.

For the last few days, I have been concentrating on taste... This has been somewhat successful - especially now that I found a way to cook Mexican without any salt or other chemicals.

The only other thing I have found is my shins are getting sore. I read a bit about it and it seems its a good idea to warm them up before my morning skipping. Other soreness has subsided which is good.

The thing I am not getting however is that I am consuming lots of food but its not really coming out the other end (Too much info ?). However, I am still losing weight - about 5kg in the last 11 days.
