Day 3 started with doing the exercises - despite the soreness I was experiencing. On the Tuesday before I started the PCP, I went on an 11km bush walk up and down various hills - and I think only now some of the soreness is manifesting - mainly in my legs. Patrick recommended that I get more sleep.
The half portions were a bit easier to deal with today. My mind continues to play tricks on me such as convincing me that since I am not drinking any beer I can not eat half portions. However, I did comply with the half portions including cutting out some "out of boredom" type snacks.
One thing that did seem to help was a hot bath - after getting out of the bath I have rugged up and my sore legs and slightly sore chest have been less painful.
I'm still on the hunt for some resistance bands... hoping somebody who has bought them before can let me know where they got theirs ?
