Day 1

Day 1 started off with checking my email then starting out with my new half rations based breakfast. After reading the exercises, I decided to do them a little later in the day.

During the day, I went and bought some supplies in the form of
Tanita scales for BMI, weight and other metrics - to track my progress.

Push up handles

For lunch I had half of my usual lunch.

Around 6pm, instead of going to the pub, I decided to do my exercises. I'm not sure about the place I am doing them since perhaps the people in the apartment below me may be able to hear me jumping.

Instead, I think I will move my jumprope out to the balcony tommorrow morning.

I can feel a bit of soreness in my body already - but its been a while since I exercised - period. Still looking forward to the challenges ahead. 1 day down - 89 to go :)
