Gee the new workout really burns. Funny thing is, I am getting used to it. Just when I get used to it, the intensity goes up a bit.
The sore muscles and workout don't really bug me - neither does the diet. I think I could really get used to this healthy living lifestyle.
All I need to do now is to sit back, follow the program and reap the rewards.

This last bump in the diet was the hardest for me. No idea why but all day from waking till about 8 PM the food is fine, I work out in the mornings and work all day but I get hungry at 8 PM and 200g of salad for the evening snack just makes me hungrier! I am guessing it doesn't get much harder with the diet from now, just the workouts, as the diet is about as trim as it can get. 3 more days till new routines arrive...
ReplyDeleteGood to hear you're tracking well. I took a look back at day 33 workout sheet. Looks hard enough! Can't believe I have less than 4 weeks to go. You get to feel quite cosseted in the PCP valley - I feel like Red anticipating getting out of prison in the Shawshank Redemption; kind of looking forward to it, but feeling institutionalised too. Wonder if I can get by on the outside.
