Well today is the halfway point. Nothing to celebrate (yet) except all the weight loss and feeling much healthier. The workouts for me are starting to get easier and I feel like my body is ready for anything I can throw at it.
The diet is getting a bit harder. Sometimes I just crave something that has some more taste - but thats just me getting rid of old habits. Took a nice walk along the coast yesterday and took this photo.

ReplyDeleteSpices are your friend. Throw a bit of curry powder or paprika on the egg and a bit of cinnamon on the apple. Makes a world of difference. Also, give golden delicious apples a go if you're not already. Really nice for dinner.
