Day 45 - Halfway there

Well today is the halfway point. Nothing to celebrate (yet) except all the weight loss and feeling much healthier. The workouts for me are starting to get easier and I feel like my body is ready for anything I can throw at it.

The diet is getting a bit harder. Sometimes I just crave something that has some more taste - but thats just me getting rid of old habits. Took a nice walk along the coast yesterday and took this photo.

    Spices are your friend. Throw a bit of curry powder or paprika on the egg and a bit of cinnamon on the apple. Makes a world of difference. Also, give golden delicious apples a go if you're not already. Really nice for dinner.
