Its easy to like doing the easy exercises - but still have to push myself to do the hard exercises.
Weight is still coming off slowly but surely. I know Patrick said not to track statistics - but most of the time that I check, I am liking what the scales are telling me. I'll be stoked when the body fat% gets under 20% - perhaps in a few weeks.
| Day 1 | Day 40 | |
| Weight | 93.4 | 84.8 |
| Body Fat % | 27.4 | 21.9 |
| Total Body Water % | 50.5 | 53.4 |
| Muscle Mass | 64.6 | 62.9 |

| Physique Rating | 2 | 2 |
| Bone Mass | 3.3 | 3.3 |

People keep telling me its the way you feel and look which is the most important. Caught up with some friends last nite and they told me that I look like I have lost a lot of weight.
In general though, I am finding it easier to cope with stress. I don't miss getting drunk after work. I see people in the bars walking home from work and I remember how bad it used to feel being hung over. I also remember how temporary the pleasure from drinking was - and how I always feel bloated.
I am missing smoking cigarettes - but when I compare that to the quality of life I have obtained from the program, I am glad that I put that stuff behind me.
Just to think, we're not even halfway through yet :) I expect the road ahead to be tough - but at the same time, I am looking forward to it :)
Great to hear Mike. I am pretty much in the same boat. Feeling much better, less stressed and lost 12kg! Though my foot is swollen and am now just cycling for a couple days till the swelling goes down and the weight loss slowed a tad, but will see tomorrow. Think I have been working out harder so probably a bit of extra muscle. Stomach area not too impressive yet and my fat level seems to stay between 25%-26.5%
