I've been really hungry lately. My body fat is still going down and so is my weight. I can tell I am getting in better condition because the exercises are becoming easier. I am strongly focused on having a good finish to the program.
I did the supersets today - geez those are intense. I did my abs to failure doing 30 vsits and 2 minute planks X 5. I'm feeling pretty drained by the end of it.
I have a bit of a celebration planned at the end of the program consisting of a few beers with friends. Its a long weekend next weekend.
I also need to plan my routine and diet for after the PCP is finished. I'm thinking I might keep the same exercise program - do cardio everyday, but only do the exercising 3 times a week.
Once I find the exercises easy to do, I will work on the supersets. Thinking of also going and seeing a nutritionist to get a good diet going post PCP.
