Hi PCP'ers,
Work has been really busy and I have been sticking to the diet and exercises - but occasionally I have been substituting in 30 minutes of brisk walking rather than skipping. I'm down 14 kilos and hovering around the 20% bodyfat mark.
Nothing would make me happier than getting down to perhaps 18% bodyfat. At this stage I think I'm becoming a bit of a slave to my scales. On the outside, my sixpack is starting to show and I am powering through the workouts.
I think what I need now is more cardio. I should get back into the skipping since I believe the diet is designer for someone who is skipping everyday - not someone who is skipping skipping so to speak.
Going to post another photo soon. None of my clothes are fitting me very well anymore and people keep telling me they can notice I've lost a lot of weight, so what am I complaining about ?

P.S. I just took my bodyfat% and its 17.8 - however, in the mornings it is consistently 20ish% WTF
