Work has been busy which is good in some ways - but harder in others to be able to concentrate 100% on my PCP. Have been nailing the diet and have been doing my best to do the exercises. I missed a day yesterday but was strong all week last week.
Now its the weekend I had an excellent chest workout and felt the burn. I got some added motivation by this weeks diet which consists (for me) a lot of additional protein.
I figure, if I'm going to eat lots of protein, I might as well break down as much muscle tissue as I possibly can. This, coupled with the fact that we have less than 3 weeks to go really inspires me to give this a strong finish.
From here on in, I am going to do my absolute best to build as much muscle as possible.
